公司简介

中国煤炭开发公司经原对外经济贸易部批准,成立于1988年，系中国中煤能源集团公司的全资子公司,具有对外贸易经营权的独立法人企业。其前身为1981年注册成立的中国煤炭开发总公司，是原煤炭工业部唯一指定的煤矿设备进口公司。

公司自1981年以来，分别利用世界银行贷款、日本能源贷款、国家出口信贷、国拨外汇及用户自筹资金为兖州、平朔、平顶山、西山、晋城、淮南、淮北、潞安、霍州、永城、淄博、鲁能、铁法、太西、鸡西、鹤岗、开滦、邢台、峰峰、潞安、阳泉、准葛尔、阳光、黄陵、柳林、等矿业（煤业）集团等进口约20亿美元的国外先进的提升、采掘、运输、洗选加工等设备。此外，我们为大连港集团、湛江港集团、宣化钢铁公司、唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司等其他行业的公司提供了近3亿元的大型成套设备。

    中国煤炭开发公司经过多年的发展，公司经营范围不断扩大，主要从事机电产品进口代理贸易、煤炭制品出口贸易、机电产品自营贸易、国际展会、煤炭工业技术咨询服务等业务。重大的重组及有效的内部资源整合，使得公司整体竞争实力显著提高，形成了公司特有的企业文化及核心竞争能力。2004年机电产品进出口额1.14亿美元，机电产品贸易额1.38亿元人民币，煤炭制品出口10000余吨，非煤产品进出口额在全国煤炭行业名列前茅。

    2006年5月23日，中国煤炭开发公司正式更名为中国煤炭开发有限责任公司，并将作为中国中煤能源集团公司的全资控股公司在海外上市。

China National Coal Development Corp. (CNCDC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Coal Group Corp. which was established and registered in 1981 and reorganized in 1988. At that time, it served as the only window in the coal industry open to the outside world for import foreign equipments. As a independent legal entity, it has been engaging import and export business for more than 20 years.

Since 1981, CNCDC imported advanced foreign equipments valued 2 billion US dollars for many coal enterprise with World Bank Loan, Japanese Energy Loans, Foreign Export Credit, government loans and domestic fund, such as Yankuang, Pingshuo, Pingdingshan, Xishan, Jincheng, Huainan, Huaibei, Luan, Huozhou, Yongcheng, Zibo, Luneng, Tiefa, Taixi, Jixi, Hegang, Kailuan, Xingtai, Fengfeng, luan, Yangquan, Zhungeer, Yangguang, Huangling, Liulin and etc. In the resent years, CNCDC supplied about 300million RMB of large-scale and complete sets of equipments for other lines of business, such as Dalian Port Group, Zhanjing Port Group, Xuanhua Steel Company, Tangshang Steel Group Ltd. and etc..

Actually, after its restructuring and effective resource conformity, CNCDC obtains its unique and core competitive advantage and has successfully developed into wide range business for import & export of mechanic and electrical equipments and coal products, capable of undertaking turn-key contract for supplying large-scale equipments, holding international exhibitions and providing related technical consultant services and etc.. In 2004, its import & export value for mechanic and electrical equipment was 114 million US dollars, domestic mechanic and electrical equipment and spare parts trading was 138 million RMB and volume for export coal briquette was 10 thousand tones. CNCDC is now ranking the first place for Non-coal products import and export among the companies in coal industry.
